Today is the day when i got bored of the holidays (it's the first day btw) and decided to go for a jog seeing that the weather is so good. Especially the sun, it is finally not glaring today.

After running
Running is definitely a good way to relieve stress although it might only be for that 1/2hr or 1hr. I feel good about myself after running and i am determined to do it for this 3 short weeks of holidays i have. I want to slim down, i want to look and feel good, i want to buy clothes and not worry about whether i can fit into them or not.
People tell me "you are skinny already" "why slim down when you have no more fats to lose?"
Fact is they are not me. They don't know how much i hate what i see whenever i look into the mirror, it is depressing.
Sweet potato soup after running. No-lunch-weekdays is working out fine for me, i'm proud of myself.
